Although Tom Girardi  has officially been indicted on charges of fraud, the case is not over yet for Erika Jayne.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been hit with numerous lawsuits since her husband’s bankruptcy case began, including one that demands she repay $25 million from his law firm. Erika is officially requesting a jury trial for the court battle over the money.
