He is best known for being a retired professional American Football player, who played as a defensive back in the National Football League (NFL) for the Pittsburgh Steelers, and later in the American Football League (AFL) for the Oakland Raiders, and Kansas City Chiefs. He is also recognized as an actor, director and producer.
