Hannah White is schooling track star Paris Mikinski on the basketball court. In a new post the LSU hoops star shows her pal how to play the game, showing off her amazingly fit figure in tiny shorts. "How'd she do?!" she captioned the Instagram Reel. "That body of yours, Hannah, drives me crazy," commented one of her followers. "Perfection," added another. How does the NCAA athlete approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Hannah also enjoys golf. "Come golf with me," she captioned an Instagram Reel of herself on the course. Why should you consider picking up a club? Research published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Hannah loves to soak it out in hot water. How can a bath or hot tub soak do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Hannah fuels up with healthy food. One of her favorite meals is avocado toast. For lunch, she generally sticks to a lean protein (like salmon) with veggies. For dinner she loves sushi. She also allows herself the occasional cheat meal. A few of her guilty pleasures include chocolate cake, ravioli in cream sauce, and Mexican food.

Hannah is a hiker. "Looks like a painting," she captioned a snap taken at Raven Rock Overlook. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Hannah spends a lot of time training on the court. "Basketball promotes speed, agility, strength, power and endurance. It [has] also been shown to increase flexibility and motor coordination. As a result, basketball is uniquely oriented to improve fundamental motor skills that are shown to be beneficial in promoting general health," Koco Eaton, MD, orthopedic surgeon, founder of Eaton Orthopaedics and a former basketball player, tells Nike
