Naomi Campbell dazzles in nude photography for Alexander Wang collection
Naomi Campbell is on fire in 2023. The iconic 90s model lit up social media in a striking photograph to promote designer Alexander Wang's new collection.
With nothing on her but a constellation of silver spikes, Campbell left more than one with their jaws dropping. The image was part of a gallery in which the top model wore some of Wang's clothes and accessories.
In addition to the full-body nude photo, Campbell appeared in one more posing from behind, topless, modeling a bag and black jeans from the designer's collection. There is still one more image, in which you can see a close-up of Naomi's face in profile, apparently also topless.
In all the photographs, the model appears with the spikes attached to her skin. Campbell, 53, sports an edgy mullet and makeup that highlights her perfect features.
The brand's press release highlights that the campaign "explores and challenges the idea of 'transformation' through strong, powerful, and alpha women, which Naomi embodies."
Social media surrenders to Naomi
The daring photoshoot did not take long to raise the passions of Internet users, who made themselves felt en masse in each of the posts. No praise was spared for the supermodel and mother of two.
"Give us more Naomi. Where are more photos," one demanded, followed by another who asked, "Post more." One fan said, "Literally no one does it like her," and one more stated: "Okayyy, aunty still eating em up ," without forgetting the one who marveled at the model's youthful appearance: "50 WHERE geesh ."
Wang did not want to be left behind and called the model a "sublime icon: Naomi transformed." He claimed that having Campbell in the campaign was a "dream," while in another post, he simply stated, "NEEDS NO INTRODUCTION."
Naomi's 2023
But this was not the top model's only hit this year. Midway through the year, Campbell announced the birth of her second child, who joined her two-year-old daughter.
In September, she reunited with the other three icons of the '90s runways: Linda Evangelista, Cindy Crawford, and Christy Turlington. Along with them, she starred on the covers of Vogue and Vanity Fair Italia, in addition to launching their docuseries "The Supers" on Apple TV+.
Also in September, Naomi launched her PrettyLittleThing collection during New York Fashion Week, and early in October, she was honored by the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, England, with an exhibition chronicling her four-decade career.
